The Mississippi Insurance Department (MID) issued Bulletin 2025-2 Prior Authorization Annual Report Form dated April 1, 2025, requesting all health insurance issuers to submit a Prior Authorization Annual Report with the deadline of June 1, 2025. A summary report has been compiled with documentation received from health insurance issuers. The annual reports have been made public record under the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983.
