Proposed Regulations

  • 19 Miss. Admin. Code, Part 2, Chapter 18: Suitability In Annuity Transactions Model Regulation (10/18/2021)
    • An oral hearing is not scheduled at this time, but MID will be accepting written comments regarding said amendments until 4:00 p.m., Monday, November 15, 2021.
