Note: New provider applications, continuing education applications, all renewals and course completions must be submitted by education providers to the Mississippi Insurance Department through SIRCON at www.sircon.com.

Types of Examinations
All examinations, except for Industrial Life, are administered by: Testing Services, Inc. Exams are given in Jackson, Oxford, Senatobia, Meridian, and Biloxi. You can register for an examination by printing and completing the registration form on the Testing Services, Inc. website, www.testingservices-ms.com/registration.html and mailing it to the address contained on the form. Testing Services may be reached by telephone at 601-607-7736. Industrial Life exams are offered by Home Service Life Council, they can be reached by telephone at 800-748-3189. Exam study books can be purchased from education providers listed in the study material sources link.

Information for Agents
- For Licenses in effect for 13-18 months: 12 hours of continuing education is required each year prior to the expiration date.
- For Licenses in effect for 19-24 months: 24 hours of continuing education including three hours of ethics.

Independent Adjuster and Public Adjuster:
- 12 hours of continuing education is required each license year prior to the expiration date.
Agents and Adjusters may now use www.sircon.com/mississippi to search for approved
providers and courses, and check CE transcripts for insurance producers.

To check your Mississippi CE credits, click on the "Look up education
courses/credits" on the Mississippi Producer portal home page. On the next
screen, click on the "Continuing Education Transcript Inquiry" and select
Mississippi as the state. To get your transcript you will need both your
license number and social security number.
To search for approved providers and courses, click on the "Look up
education courses/credits" on the Mississippi Producer portal home page. On
the next screen, click on the "Approved Courses Inquiry" or "Approved
Providers Inquiry". You may search by continuing education type. To find the
phone numbers for the providers, click on the provider name. All providers
and courses on www.sircon.com/mississippi are approved for Mississippi
continuing education credit.

Information for Continuing Education Providers
Mississippi Education Providers may now process all CE and PE
related transactions electronically through SIRCON including Course
Offerings, Course Completions and Rosters. Education providers must submit
paper applications when submitting/ renewing a course. Please review the links listed
under "Information for Continuing Education Providers" for requirements.
