Purpose of the Gulf Coast Office

To make the Mississippi Insurance Department (MID) more accessible to Coast residents, Mississippi Insurance Commissioner Mike Chaney opened the Department's Gulf Coast Office. This office is open full time as as service to consumers who have questions or complaints about insurance. By being on site, the MID can help them resolve those problems more quickly.
